SHIPPING POLICY

• In-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days.
• All handmade items are processed within 2-4 business days.
• Once order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email.
• Once order is shipped, you should receive another email with tracking information.
• Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping, depending on location & weight it may vary.

PRE-ORDER RELEASES

• Most pre-order windows are open for one week (7 days).
• Once pre-order window is closed, please allow 2-3 weeks for production to begin.
• After production, orders are then shipped out in order by which they were placed.
